What is a tactful way to ask a guy about his office friendships?

He barely shares anything about his workplace. It'd be good to know who he mingles with over there, who are his friends at work, who he hangs out with at lunch etc. What is a casual cool way to ask so he opens up, without feeling cornered? Thank you guys.
I share everything about mine.

Guys are different from girls in their communication. Girls get to a more intimate level in the relationship by sharing information, but guys aren't necessarily like that. I have heard, though, that guys are more task oriented. That is, when you're doing some kind of task together, he will open up to you more. Take him bowling or golfing or something, and while you are doing that task, ask him about his office.
