how do i get my hair like this?

with the kinda plaited fringe/bangs?i'm growing out mine and i think that this style would be great at keeping it out of my eyes :]

Looks pretty simple:
First, find a nice clean side line for your hair. So basically, part your hair to one side.
Then get your hair and plait it from an angle so it goes down nicely. Then twist it at the end behind your ears and apply hairspray.

Alot. And then it will stay.
If you aren't fond of hairspray or gel or whatever, maybe some bobby pins to help secure your hair. Keep them hidden tho.
