Girls... what did you wear to your prom / grad ball?

I've got my graduation ball coming up in 4 weeks. It's formal, but not over the top. Some people are planning to wear satin ballgowns but others are going more casual....

To give me ideas of what is appropriate, can you tell me what you wore for yours?

By the way, my graduation *ball* is 4 weeks before my actual graduation.... so I won't be graduating on that day - it's more of a big party for all of us, organised by my Uni!

I wore a light green sequined dress with straps. Some of the other girl's wore darker dresses. You can even wear a simple dress as long as it compliments your height, try something that has a little shine in it. Good Luck!
