Should I buy this prom dress? Are there cheaper dresses in this style?

I'm searching for the perfect prom dress. I want it to be sexy, form-fitting, and show off my long, thin legs, but I also want the dress to be a longer style. I really like this dress:

I think it's the perfect combination of long length and being able to show off my legs.
Can anyone find more photos of dresses that I would like? The one on the website is a bit too expensive for me.
I also liked ruched styles.
Also, I have light skin, black curly hair, and I'm tall -- 5'8". I'm thin and I have a small chest. I look best in red and blue colours. What would be the best colour/style of dress to go with?
