Can I restore a silk/cotton shirt that was washed and starched?

I have a beautiful shirt that went out with my business shirts and came back looking dull and drab.  It is 55% silk 45% cotton. I assume it was laundered in warm water and starched. Can anything be done to restore the appearance?
