Does the puddle jumper life vest come in a youth size with user weight up to 90lbs?

My 3 year old nephew has CP (cerebral palsy) and an over growth syndrome (sotos) he is taking swimming as part of therapy and we are trying to find the stearns puddle jumper life vest in a bigger size. All we can find is child weight 30-50lbs and it won't work. Please let me know if you have seen it in a larger size Youth 50-90lbs.
we really wanted this design. My daughter and his older brother both use this and he walks over and puts his arms in it, but his chest is too big. This is very upsetting for him.
my daughter is 4 years old and only weighs 36lbs we have the vest as let out as it will go. I can't see anyone wearing it at 50lbs unless they are just a "stringbean" Ha

Do you have the option of using a regular life jacket rather than a puddle jumper? From what I understand, the puddle jumper jackets don't go beyond 50 pounds because once most children reach that weight, they don't need flotation devices around their arms.
