Colors are vastly measured from the darkest upward to the lightest on the spectrum bar. There is a small distinct difference in neon pink and fushia. Fushia is pink, but it is dimmer, slightly. To the trained eye and to a color specialist such as I, it is important if not significant to note: out of any one color comes the variance bend theory which is to say that any color can remain transparent, yet can change to a fuller green (let us use green as my explanation, please, and thank you) downward to a much denser green, and inbetween the spectrum bar are numerous greens which co-relate to whatever object or substance that is utilizing that one, or whatever particular color. I hope this info helps. So yes, there is a slight difference in this pink code which is actually a combination of dark yellow with a tinge of red.
