where can i get my tube ties?

i had 2 c-section the last one 4 months ago i want to get my tubes tied i'm only 25 will they do it for me or am too young. i live in hollywood where can i get it done i will be paying it myself where it might be cheaper anyone please i'm desperate i don't want no more children and i don't think there is a man in the world who worth enough for me to carry another child for.
