Applying Visitor Visa for My Parents to Come to Canada for My Wedding? How Long??
I'm currently under work permit. My common law partner and I are getting married in October. So I would like my parents attending to my wedding since his parents don't fly.....
I'm wondering could I apply for my parents' visitor visa in Canada? What do I need to do if i could do it here?? Or they must apply themselves back home? How long does it take?? How many months do they normally give you on this type of occasion??

It will help if you send them a letter of invitation. They will have to show this when they apply for the visitors visa in China. They will go though the normal application routine and interview.
