I haven't been in a consignment shop before and i need one for halloween, like one that is cheap enough to rip up and put blood on
Yes....I have seen them in almost every consignment shop I have been in. Try volunteers of america, and salvation army too. They have neat stuff. But look at all the local shops as well. But Im sure you can find one there. Good Luck!
